Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our team and provide:

  • Reason for exchange

After reviewing your request, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Responsibility

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered due to our mistake, Tip Top Sports will assist with the exchange process.

For other exchange requests, shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

Refund Information
